# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2026, Article 15: Increase in rates of Personal Independence Payment


In regulation 24 of the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) Regulations 2013 (rate of personal independence payment)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£73.90” substitute “£76.70”;
(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£110.40” substitute “£114.60”;
(c) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£29.20” substitute “£30.30”; and
(d) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£77.05” substitute “£80.00”.
