# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2026, Article 28: Amounts for the JSA Regulations 2013


In regulation 49 of the JSA Regulations 2013 (weekly amounts of jobseeker’s allowance)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£72.90” substitute “£75.65”; and
(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£92.05” substitute “£95.55”.
