  "heading": "Applicable amounts for the ESA Regulations 2008",
  "text": "(1) Unless stated otherwise, any reference in this article to a Schedule is a reference to the Schedule to the ESA Regulations 2008 bearing that number.\n(2) The sums specified in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 (prescribed amounts) shall be as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 11 to this Order except in cases referred to in paragraph (3).\n(3) In cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, the sums specified in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the ESA Regulations 2008 shall be as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 11 to this Order.\n(4) The sums specified in paragraph 11(1) and (3) of Schedule 4 (weekly amount of premiums specified in Part 2) shall be as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12 to this Order except in cases referred to in paragraph (5).\n(5) In cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, the sums specified in paragraph 11(1) of Schedule 4 to the ESA Regulations 2008 shall be as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 12 to this Order.\n(6) In Part 4 of Schedule 4 (the component)—\n(a) in cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, in paragraph 12 after “component” insert “for the purposes of an income-related allowance”;\n(b) after paragraph 12 insert—\n“12A The amount of the work-related activity component for the purposes of a contributory allowance in cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017 is £37.95.”;\n(c) after paragraph 13 insert—\n“13A The amount of the support component for the purposes of a contributory allowance is £50.35.”.\n(7) In paragraph 19 of Schedule 6 (housing costs: non-dependant deductions)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a) for “£126.65” substitute “£131.45”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for “£19.65” substitute “£20.40”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “£183.00” substitute “£192.00”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (2)(b)—\n(i) for “£45.15” substitute “£46.85”;\n(ii) for “£183.00” substitute “£192.00”; and\n(iii) for “£266.00” substitute “£279.00”;\n(e) in sub-paragraph (2)(c)—\n(i) for “£62.00” substitute “£64.35”;\n(ii) for “£266.00” substitute “£279.00”; and\n(iii) for “£348.00” substitute “£365.00”;\n(f) in sub-paragraph (2)(d)—\n(i) for “£101.35” substitute “£105.20”;\n(ii) for “£348.00” substitute “£365.00”; and\n(iii) for “£463.00” substitute “£485.00”; and\n(g) in sub-paragraph (2)(e)—\n(i) for “£115.45” substitute “£119.85”;\n(ii) for “£463.00” substitute “£485.00”; and\n(iii) for “£577.00” substitute “£605.00”.",
