  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Re-rating) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 6th April 2008.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992; and\n“the Northern Ireland Act” means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992.",
