# The Social Security (Electronic Communications) Order 2011, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Electronic Communications) Order 2011 and, except as provided in paragraph (2), it comes into force on 20th June 2011.
(2) Article 2 and 4(2) come into force on 1st February 2012.
