  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 316(2)(q) of the Pensions Act 2004, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nsocial security\nMade 2006\nComing into force in accordance with Article 1\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 319(2)(a) of the Pensions Act 2004.\nA draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 316(2)(q) of that Act for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nAccordingly, the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order:",
