# The Social Security Information-sharing (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security Information-sharing (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 and come into force on 16 January 2024.
(2) In these Regulations “the 2021 Regulations” means the Social Security Information-sharing (Scotland) Regulations 2021.
