# The Social Security (Inherited SERPS)(Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Inherited SERPS)(Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 6th April 2005.
