  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendment and Transitional Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 and, with the exception of regulation 2(3), come into force on 14 November 2022.\n(2) Regulation 2(3) of these Regulations comes into force on 28 November 2022.\n(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.",
