# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2025, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 23 June 2025.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
