Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and duration

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (New Deal Pilot) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of regulations 6(4) and (5) and 10(2), on 19th March 2001;

(b)

for all other purposes, on 28th November 2000 immediately following the expiry of the Social Security (New Deal Pilot) Regulations 1999^f1.

(2)

These Regulations shall cease to have effect on 27th November 2001, unless revoked with effect from an earlier date.
