# The Social Security (New Deal Pilot) Regulations 2000, Regulation 19: Transitional provision


References in these Regulations to a person to whom regulation 3, 4 or 5 applies shall include a person to whom regulation 3, 4 or 5 of the Social Security (New Deal Pilot) Regulations 1999 applied immediately before those regulations expired.
