Article 28 Amendment of the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014

In the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014^f1, in Schedule 2 (claimants previously entitled to a severe disability premium), in paragraph 8(3), for “carer’s assistance” substitute “the carer support payment component of carer support”.
