In the Social Security (Deferral of Retirement Pensions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005^f1, in regulation 3(1)(a)(v) (amount of retirement pension not included in the calculation of the lump sum) for “carer support payment under” substitute “the carer support payment component of carer support given in accordance with”.
