Article 49 Amendment of the Social Security (Contributions Credits for Parents and Carers) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010

The Social Security (Contributions Credits for Parents and Carers) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 7 (additional period in respect of entitlement to carer's allowance, carer support payment and relevant benefits)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(a), for “carer support payment under” substitute “the carer support payment component of carer support given in accordance with”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(b), for “carer support payment” substitute “the carer support payment component of carer support”;

(c)

in paragraph (2), after “payment” insert “of the carer support payment component of carer support”.
