Article 5 Amendment of the State Pension Credit Act 2002

In the State Pension Credit Act 2002^f1, in section 17(1) (other interpretation provisions), in the definition of “carer support payment”, for “carer’s assistance” substitute “the carer support payment component of carer support”.
