  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018 (Disability Assistance) (Consequential Modifications) Order 2024.\n(2) This Order comes into force on 21st October 2024.\n(3) Part 2 of this Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.\n(4) Part 3 of this Order extends to England and Wales only.\n(5) Part 4 of this Order extends to Northern Ireland only.\n(6) This Part and Part 5 of this Order extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
