# The Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018 (Disability Assistance) (Consequential Modifications) Order 2024, Article 4: Amendment of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992


In section 70(2) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (carer’s allowance), after “middle or highest rate”, insert “or pension age disability payment”.
