Article 9 Amendment of the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011

In article 2(1) of the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011^f1 (interpretation), in the definition of “extra-costs disability benefit”, after “2022,”, insert “Pension Age Disability Payment given by virtue of the Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024,”.
