# The Social Security (Up-rating) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2021, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Young Carer Grants Regulations


(1) The Young Carer Grants Regulations are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4(7)(b) (making of applications), for “21 October 2019” substitute “22 July 2019”.
(3) In regulation 12(1) (amount and form of young carer grants), for “£305.10” substitute “£308.15”.
