  "heading": "Best Start Grant Regulations",
  "text": "(1) Where sub-paragraph (2) applies to an individual—\n(a) paragraph 6(1)(a) and (b) of schedule 2,\n(b) paragraph 7(1) of schedule 2,\n(c) paragraph 4 of schedule 3, and\n(d) paragraph 5 of schedule 4,\nof the Best Start Grant Regulations continue to have effect on and after 1 April 2021 in relation to the amount of assistance to be given to that individual as they did immediately before that date.\n(2) This sub-paragraph applies where the individual’s application for assistance under the Best Start Grant Regulations was made before 1 April 2021.\n(3) In this paragraph, reference to the individual’s application being made is to be construed in accordance with regulation 4 (when an application is treated as made) of the Best Start Grant Regulations.",
