# The Social Security Up-rating (Scotland) Order 2022, Article 2: Earnings limits


In section 80(4) of the 1992 Act (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases)—
(a) for “£245.00”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£255.00”, and
(b) for “£33.00” substitute “£34.00”.
