# The Social Security Up-rating (Scotland) Order 2023, Article 2: Earnings limits


In section 80(4) of the 1992 Act (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases)—
(a) for “£255.00”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£280.00”,
(b) for “£34.00” substitute “£37.00”.
