This Order provides for an increase in the various rates of carer’s allowance, attendance allowance, disability living allowance, industrial injuries disablement benefit, industrial death benefit, severe disablement allowance, and personal independence payment. Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 come into force on 6 April 2026 and Article 5 comes into force on 9 April 2026. Article 1 comes into force on 1 April 2026. Articles 4 and 6 set out the dates on which certain increases take effect.
