# The Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2000, Regulation 13: Circumstances where regulation 12 does not apply


The consequences of a failure to take part in an interview set out in regulation 12 shall not apply where the person–
(a) ceases to reside in an area specified in Schedule 1; or
(b) attains the age of 60.
