In regulation 81 (further review of determinations)–

(a)

in paragraph (3), at the beginning, there shall be inserted the words “ Subject to paragraph (5)”;

(b)

after paragraph (4), there shall be added the following paragraph–

“(5)

A determination or a decision that a person did or did not take part in a work-focused interview and if he did not whether he had good cause for not doing so, shall not be reviewed by a Review Board.”.
