In paragraph 9, after sub-paragraph (3), insert—

“(4)

A decision to dispose of a case under sub-paragraph (3)(a) takes effect from the date on which the social worker is informed of the decision under sub-paragraph (3)(b)(ii) notwithstanding any review of that decision under paragraph 9A or 15(2).”.
