  "text": "After paragraph 9 insert (in Part 2)—\n“Review of decisions\n9A. (1) Rules under regulation 25(5)(a) may make provision for enabling the regulator to review a decision of the case examiners to take any course of action allowed by paragraph 6, 7 or 9.\n(2) Rules made by virtue of sub-paragraph (1) may, in particular, include provision as to—\n(a) which decisions made under those paragraphs may be reviewed;\n(b) the period within which such a review is to be commenced;\n(c) the process to be followed by the regulator in carrying out such a review (including the determinations to be made by the regulator);\n(d) the actions which may be taken following such a review.”.",
