# The Social Workers Regulations 2018, Regulation 42: Amendment to the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007


(1) The European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.
(2) In the table in Part 1 of Schedule 1 (professions regulated by law or public authority), in the entry for “Social Worker in England” for “Health and Care Professions Council” substitute “Social Work England”.
