# The Social Workers Regulations 2018, Regulation 43: Amendments to the Mental Health (Approved Mental Health Professionals) (Approval) (England) Regulations 2008


(1) The Mental Health (Approved Mental Health Professionals) (Approval) (England) Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3—
(a) in paragraph (3) for “the Health and Care Professions Council” substitute “Social Work England”,
(b) after paragraph (3) insert—
“(4) In this regulation “Social Work England” means the body corporate established by section 36(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017.”.
