  "text": "The regulator must make rules in relation to advisers which make provision about—\n(a) the process for the appointment, suspension, and removal of advisers,\n(b) the appraisal of the performance of advisers,\n(c) continuing professional development for advisers,\n(d) an appeals process against the suspension and removal of advisers,\n(e) the resignation of advisers,\n(f) the provision of the regulator’s staff, facilities and other assistance to advisers,\n(g) any other matter the regulator considers appropriate.",
