  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 68(6) of the Space Industry Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nSpace Industry\nMade ***\nComing into force ***\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54(1), (2), (3) and (5), 60 and 66(1) and (3) of, and paragraphs 1(1) and (3), 4, 5(3), 10, 12(2), 13(2), 15 and 16(1) and (2) of Schedule 10 to, the Space Industry Act 2018, makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 68(7) of that Act, the Secretary of State has carried out a public consultation.\nIn accordance with section 68(6) and (7) of that Act, a draft of this instrument and a report about the public consultation have been laid before Parliament.\nIn accordance with section 68(6) of that Act, the draft of this instrument has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
