  "text": "(1) This regulation applies to security arrangements which are applicable once a payload has been integrated with a carrier aircraft or launch vehicle at a spaceport or other place from which the launch is to take place or takes place.\n(2) A spaceflight operator must ensure that—\n(a) the payload, carrier aircraft and the launch vehicle are protected from unauthorised access or interference, and\n(b) it complies with any applicable legislation relating to a NASP directed aerodrome.",
