  "text": "(1) Regulation 255 does not prohibit a disclosure of protected information by—\n(a) the regulator,\n(b) an inspector,\n(c) any person referred to in regulation 253(1),\n(d) any other public authority,\nfor the purposes set out in paragraph (2).\n(2) Those purposes are—\n(a) complying with any of that person’s duties, or\n(b) exercising their powers,\nunder the Act or any regulations made under the Act.",
