  "heading": "Completion certificate",
  "text": "(1) Where, after service of the notice, the regulator is satisfied that the relevant person has taken the steps specified in the stop notice, the regulator must issue a certificate to that effect.\n(2) A certificate under paragraph (1) is referred to in this Part as a “completion certificate”.\n(3) The stop notice ceases to have effect on the issue of a completion certificate.\n(4) The relevant person may at any time apply for a completion certificate.\n(5) The regulator must make a decision as to whether to issue a completion certificate within 14 days of that application.",
