Regulation 48 Monitoring of a hazard area
Where the licensee’s range control services consist of or include monitoring a hazard area, the licensee must ensure that—
(a)
appropriate measures are taken to protect an exclusion zone or restricted zone from unauthorised entry during time periods within which the zones are operative, and
(b)
a warning notice has been issued in respect of a warning zone in accordance with regulation 51.
