  "text": "(1) The licensee must—\n(a) compile a training manual which complies with the requirements in Part 2 of Schedule 3, and\n(b) apply to the regulator for approval of those sections of that training manual which relate to relevant individuals (the “relevant sections”).\n(2) An application for the regulator’s approval of the relevant sections of the training manual must be made by—\n(a) a licensee, or\n(b) an applicant for a licence.\n(3) The application must—\n(a) be made in such manner as the regulator may direct, and\n(b) contain, or be accompanied by, such information as the regulator may reasonably require.\n(4) At any time after the application is received and before it is determined, the regulator may require the applicant to provide it with such further information as it reasonably considers necessary to enable it to determine the application.\n(5) Once the relevant sections of the training manual have been approved, the licensee must make available to its staff, and any person contracted to provide training services to the licensee, the manual, or those sections of the manual which are relevant to their duties.\n(6) The licensee must also, where appropriate, provide copies of sections of the manual relevant to students to those students admitted to its training programme.\n(7) The licensee must ensure that each copy of the training manual is kept up to date.",
