Regulation 98 Dangerous goods

(1)

A spaceflight operator must only load dangerous goods onto a launch vehicle or permit a vehicle to carry such goods if—

(a)

the terms of the launch operator licence or return operator licence permit the spaceflight operator to do so, and

(b)

the spaceflight operator complies with those terms.

(2)

For the avoidance of doubt any reference to loading dangerous goods onto a launch vehicle or carrying them on such a vehicle includes placing, suspending or carriage of such goods beneath a launch vehicle.
