  "text": "The hazards mentioned in regulation 27(5) which the applicant must consider in carrying out the ground safety analysis are—\n(a) blast overpressure;\n(b) fragmentation debris;\n(c) thermal radiation;\n(d) toxic release;\n(e) major accident hazards arising from—\n(i) hazardous material;\n(ii) contamination of hazardous material intended for use in the launch vehicle;\n(iii) impact damage and mechanical damage;\n(iv) meteorological or environmental conditions;\n(v) sources of electrical discharge.",
