  "text": "The MFTP must have completed—\n(a) training designed for each mission in which the MFTP is to participate, and\n(b) launch and spaceflight simulation exercises and rehearsals designed to test the flight termination criteria, the flight safety data display integrity and the performance of the MFTPs for the flight in both normal and abnormal conditions, including emergency situations.",
