Paragraph 9 Flight termination personnel

The MFTP must be familiar with—

(a)

the spaceport or other place from which the launch is to take place or takes place, the launch vehicle and equipment used in the operator’s spaceflight activities, and

(b)

the flight-safety functions and procedures which relate to the operator’s spaceflight activities.
