# The Special Educational Needs and Disability (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, Article 12: Statements of special educational needs


For Schedule 2 to the 1986 Order (making and maintenance of statements under Article 16) substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.
