# The Special Educational Needs (Direct Payments) (Pilot Scheme) Order 2011, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Educational Needs (Direct Payments) (Pilot Scheme) Order 2011.
(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3) In this Order “pilot scheme” means the pilot scheme set out in Schedule 1.
