The Secretary of State for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 532B(1) and 532C(1) of the Education Act 1996^f1, makes the following Order:

In accordance with section 568(3) and (3A) of that Act^f2, a draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
