This Part applies to applications to the Commission for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal, the Court of Session or the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland from a final determination by the Commission—\n(a) of an appeal, on a question of law; or\n(b) of an application for review under section 2C or 2D of the 1997 Act.”.",
