  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2015 and come into force at the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which they are made.\n(2) In these Rules, a reference to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) Rules 2003.",
