# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2015, Article 10: Amendments to the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) Rules 2003


In rule 30(1)(b) after “9A(3)(a)” insert “or it has determined in accordance with rule 30A that there has not been a material change in circumstances”.
