  "text": "In rule 27—\n(a) for paragraph (2), substitute—\n“(2) Subject to paragraph (2B), the applicant must file any application for leave to appeal with the Commission within 14 days of being served with the Commission’s determination under rule 47(3).”.\n(b) for paragraph (2A), substitute—\n“(2A) An applicant who wishes to apply for a certificate under section 7B of the 1997 Act must file an application under rule 27A with the Commission on the same day as filing an application for leave to appeal.”.\n(c) In paragraph (2B), omit “or (2A)”.",
