# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 1: Citation and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2023.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
