# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 5: Amendment of rule 3


(1) Rule 3 is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (ab) insert—
“(ac) applications by the Secretary of State under Schedule 4A to the 1981 Act;”.
